For several years, I have had a personal website that highlights my background. The website was built by a friend, who unfortunately isn't available any longer. It seems that somewhere along the line, her administrative credentials were compromised.
In the past several months, I have gotten a never ending set of alerts telling me that someone is trying to gain access to the site using her login. I removed access to her login but the attempts continue, sometimes a dozen times a day, sometimes several hundreds times a day.
Since the website needed a refresh anyway, I decided to move the hosting and design elsewhere.
