Chatbot Predictions for 2022

A few weeks ago, the chatbot company BotCore asked me, and 22 other people involved in customer experience, how will chatbots transform customer experience in 2022?”

You can read my thoughts in the article. For me, the bottom line is that while chatbots are significantly better than they were just 5 years ago, they still have a way to go to match the expectations of most consumers.
